The mother of all streaming services for the win

The world is advancing at light speed and is constantly growing by leaps and bounds. So are our beloved streaming services. From a bygone era wherein grainy loops,  VHS and floppies dominated the Internet sector, there has been a paradigm shift in what the viewer demands, as per growing fads and convenience. A mind numbing amount of movies and shows are available to us, all at reasonable prices.
There is something so liberating and therapeutic about using movie services and whatnot at just the click of a button. Granted, they are replacing theaters and multinational conglomerates but that's just the way of the World right now. I  feel like we are in a cultural tempest of sorts and are struggling to catch up.
The age of Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix has only made it more awe- inspiring and sublime when you get to witness Superman soar through Metropolis or be it binge watching your favorite anime or TV show, these services have been entering the mainstream at a very capped off and affordable price as well. Now with Amazon's shares quadrupling like crazy, there is going to be a lot of fights for shelf space and longevity among all these big names. Netflix is a seasoned and perhaps undeterred in the long run as it has viewers and subscribers tuning in from all parts of the globe whereas Prime, Hulu, Hotstar and left in the lurch, possibly overshadowed by these big guns.
Streaming services are not just going to leave a carbon footprint but its lure and reach will spread far and wide. The big screen experience, however engaging and tantalizing to the human eye has a certain short term aspect to it. It will always remain a visual vista to witness Tom Cruise scaling buildings like its an easy feat in 3d which keeps rubbing it in your face(pun intended)but what the prospect of lounging on your comforters or devans with a home screen theater at your disposal and a bowl of popcorn, the term Netflix and chill would ring true here.
We do however need to keep in mind that over-dependency on digital reliance comes at a price, apart from your eyes that is. Scrolling through the shenanigans of the Lion King or be it the grittiness of noir classics like Money Heist, there is a particular saturation to provide and produce exquisite content onto streaming platforms. This is where movie theaters take one for the win.
However, with tweaking your lifestyle to suit your needs is what will make any experience worthwhile.
In the current cyber scenario of bidding wars, subscriber ratios among others there has been a lot of flak associated with these services. But the advent of technology has made mankind into its slaves ready to do their bidding as they see fit. Insider tradings and many others schemes are employed by these big guns to ensure viewership rates remain constant. But the statistics of the past decade shows a dislike towards the preference of online streaming services. The lull of the storm favors Netflix all the way, in accordance to current market trends and various other parameters.
But one thing is for sure, this roller-coaster ride will not not fall short of surprising you at its every turn so climb aboard, tune in and chill, or rather Netflix and chill.(this slang will grow on me).
Even a promising Venn diagram would depict a sharp influx into Netflix viewership rates whereas there is a steady decline with the others, chiefly because Netflix has utilized marketing ploys and gimmicks to put its service on the pedestal, whereas in reality this is further from the truth. My personal experience using this service has been disappointing, to say the least. I strongly advise you to exercise caution as to what suits your needs and budget and plan accordingly.
The bidding wars begin in full speed. Which do you think will eventually gain complete stronghold.
Tune in to know more, and on that note I sign off.
